2. What we do
OneJobCareer aggregates and publishes job listings from third-party sources and directly from employers. We are not a recruiting agency and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.
3. No employment relationship
We do not run hiring processes ourselves. Any application, interview, offer, or hire happens directly between you and the listing company.
4. Accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
5. Posting job listings
If you post a job listing, you confirm that it is genuine, lawful, non-discriminatory, and that you have the right to post it. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.
6. Prohibited use
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
- Scraping or automated bulk-collection of listings without permission.
- Attempting to disrupt or compromise site security.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneJobCareer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
